LendInvest is the UK’s leading asset management platform for property finance and is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LINV). LendInvest offers short-term, development and buy-to-let mortgages. Its proprietary technology and user experience are designed to make it simpler for both borrowers and investors to access property finance.
LendInvest has lent over £4bn of short term, development and buy to let mortgages and its investors include global institutions such as J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Citigroup and NAB, and, in 2019, it was the first Fintech to securitise a portfolio of BTL mortgages. LendInvest provides entry points to this traditionally inaccessible asset class that range from funds and separate accounts to financial partnerships and RMBS.
With inflationary pressures across the globe, allocators are looking to protect their portfolios and finding innovative ways to do this is becoming increasingly difficult. The webinar will touch upon:
- The future outlook for the UK residential real estate market in the current macroeconomic market
- An overview of entry points into investing in the UK residential real estate market
- Current opportunities in fragmented markets
- Security and recovery - how to mitigate risks and invest at the top of the capital structure
